In short, a Team Manager (TM) is an adult facilitator, administrator, and supporter of a team.
- TMs are parent volunteers
- Each team will have two or more TMs
- TMs prepare and conduct weekly Team Meetings
- TMs assist team to obtain the materials, skills and knowledge necessary to solve Instant and Team Challenges
- Commitment
- Weekly meetings (15 to 20 sessions) of 90 minute sessions
- Preparation for meetings (approximately one hour per week)
You don’t need any special skills, experience or knowledge to become a Team Manager! Training, resources and support are provided.
